They really don't try to make ibomber games anything more than just simple classic TDs, and they don't have to! Those games are insanely fun and addicting, despite, or maybe because they have so simple and familiar gameplay. iBomber is divided up into two sections: Campaign and Quick Play. Oh i have i seen attempts at making Tower Defense genre fresh, and yeah sure TD-FPS like Sanctum are epic and worked well, but many others just utterly failed (e.g. Summary: The world of iBomber has got bigger and better iBomber Defense combines classic tower defense gameplay with the intense action and strategy of the original iBomber games. The former actually offers two separate campaigns: one for the dashing Allies and the other for the naughty Axis. Why they failed? Because the developers was mistaken by an idea that TDs have old and boring gameplay that needs to be spiced up in order to be succesful nowadays, they couldn't be more far off truth! I love TD's and i can hardly get ever bored of watching my defenses vaporizing waves of enemies.
